DOG BISCUITS

You will need – 8oz of sausagemeat, 8oz plain wholemeal flour, 2-3 fluid oz of stock and some garlic granules.

Mix together the sausagemeat, flour, and garlic granules and add the stock to make a very stiff dough. Roll out and cut into 2inch lengths. Cook in an oven for 40-50 minutes at 180C or 350F.

LIVER CAKE

1lb Liver 2 cloves of garlic

1lb Granary flour a teaspoon of oil

3 Eggs a splosh of milk

• Liquidise the liver with the eggs, milk, oil and garlic.
• Add the flour and mix well.
• Put in a shallow, microwavable dish and cook for about 6-10 minutes.
• Cut into strips or cubes and freeze.

Defrost the required amount when needed
